Welcome to Angelic Treasures Christian Daycare!
Our North York Daycare program provides children with a wonderful “learn through play” environment, where our little learners have the space and guidance to explore, create, learn, and grow.
Located at 155 Gordon Baker Road, just 2 minutes from the highway 404 and Finch Ave exit. Our Daycare in North York provides high-quality Christian childcare services in addition to French learning as part of our curriculum. With our Christian curriculum, we accept families of all faiths. The core Christian principles of love, forgiveness, honesty, charity, gentleness and kindness are emphasized throughout all of our daily instruction and childcare.
Healthy and Yummy Food
Our daycare serves hot fresh food daily and is catered by Wholesome Kids. Each day we provide healthy and nutritious hot meals, morning snacks and evening snacks.
Parent Communication
Parents are able to communicate directly with the teachers during the day through our parent portal application called ‘Sandbox’. In addition, parents also get access to the child’s daily pictures and reports through the parent portal application.
Our Programs
Infant
Ages 6 weeks – 18 months
Our North York infant program focuses on making the child’s transition to the daycare smooth and easy. Our teachers follow the lead of the child in the infant program that allows the child to follow his or her own individual schedule. At our daycare, we have a separate sleep room for the infant program that supports the child’s nap routine. Our teachers collect daily information about the child’s morning routine from the parents in order to incorporate the right care throughout the day at our daycare.
The infant program is designed around interest-led planning in a bright room with solarium windows. With a playground directly outside the classroom, the children are able to explore, learn and grow in a safe, clean and positive environment.

Toddler
Ages 18 months – 2½ years
Our toddler program encourages children with self-help skills as they grow and develop their fine motor skills and learn how to eat and walk!
Focus on social, cognitive, and fine/gross motor skills
Preschool
Ages 2½ years – 4 years
Collaboration is a fundamental skill that must be developed at the preschool age for our North York daycare at Angelic Treasures. At this stage of their social development, Preschoolers learn how to cooperate with others, create meaningful connections and manage their emotions within a social context. Oftentimes, it can be a bit challenging for children at this age to fully develop collaborative skills in group activities, as they navigate sharing with others and contributing to common goals.
Our dedicated, passionate, kind, and caring certified educational staff provide North York preschool-aged children with the guidance to successfully work through this developmental stage. By following ELECT protocols, our daycare staff helps children through guided play activities fostering learning in the areas of sorting and matching, as well as memory retention.
Our children explore, experiment, build, read, socialize, and cooperate with others for a fun play-centred style of learning.

Kindergarten
Ages 4 – 5 years
Our North York JK and SK classrooms provide the guidance, knowledge, and tools for children at this age to foster a love of learning. We follow the Ontario Kindergarten Curriculum in combination with ELECT. This private JK/SK program is an excellent option for parents who wish to enroll their JK/SK-aged children in smaller class sizes. With longer operating hours and fresh meals provided, your child will be primed to take on their future schoolyears!
At this age group, our educators help JK/SK learners to develop their spatial awareness, fostering a love of learning through fun activities that emphasize pattern identification skills, creating maps based on real physical environments, and memory retention games.
Camps
Ages 4 – 12 years
If you’re searching for a kids, Angelic Treasures provides the most fun, caring and learning-centred programming where your child can thrive!
Our North York location offers camps (March camp, Summer camp, Winter camp) and PA days as well. The activities and programs are interest-led and we provide a Christian curriculum for all our learners, though we accept families from any faith.
We also provide before-school care and after-school care for North York children that are school-aged. Long work hours or a busy commute home may create scheduling conflicts around your child’s school schedule. Our before/after school care programs are a wonderful option for our little learners, with fun activities that are mentally stimulating and help foster their growth and development in maths, science, music, literacy, and creativity. We also provide full-day childcare for PA Days, when the schools are closed but you still need to work. We treat every little learner at our North York childcare facility like they are our Angelic Treasures.
