Welcome to Angelic Treasures Aurora!
Conveniently located on 126 Wellington Street West, our 97-children facility is right next to the heart of Aurora.
Come see our newly renovated facility with brand-new flooring, furniture, oversized windows, and amazing outdoor space with rubber surfacing. We provide morning snacks, lunch, and afternoon snacks to energize our children with all the nutrition they need to grow, work, play, think and learn.
As one of the Angelic Treasures Christian Daycare centers, we strive to teach our children to have good values and the importance of respect for others. Our enriched French and Christian curriculum incorporates learning into everyday activities.
We offer programs for full-time infants, toddlers, preschool, and JK/SK. Additionally, we offer before/after school during the school year and summer camp from July to August.
We are so excited to meet and partner up with you to provide your child with a home away from home.

Toddler
Ages 18 months – 2½ years
Our Aurora Toddler child care program, empowers these “little explorers” to really hone in on their interests and curiosities and learn more about the world around them each day.
At this age, expressive language and autonomy are the developmental focus, as well as answering the “why” question to everything! With small class sizes, children gain a wealth of social development skills, establishing connections with their caregiver and their peers.
Activity, dramatic play, and gross motor are emphasized during these years of early childhood development. Children learn through creative play and working with their caregivers to discover and create, utilizing their critical thinking skills with their active imaginations. Potty training is also a significant focus at the age of two, and children must be able to be comfortable and dry using underwear instead of diapers before they can graduate to the preschool level.
Our Aurora toddler child care program, provides dedicated indoor and outdoor space allowing for safe play with attentive caregivers nearby. The outdoor area is coated with a rubber material, meaning slips, trips, and falls are less likely. There are pergolas for shade during the scorching summer months, with fencing so that our children are safe and secure in their own dedicated space.
Preschool
Ages 2½ years – 4 years
Learning to work cohesively with others is a BIG step for preschool-aged children, and our daycare prioritizes sensory, creative and dramatic play during this age. This is typically the age where working with others and learning how to self-regulate emotions in a group social setting are essential to getting along with others. We help our little learners develop these skills, as well as learn how to get dressed and undressed independently when switching from indoor/outdoor activities.

The preschool age group is where children learn, grow and develop their critical thinking skills. Our caregivers help our learners to develop their conclusions regarding their environment by asking open-ended “how” and “why” questions. This type of guided instruction helps children to introspectively process their own actions. This means that through almost every minute of play, your preschool-aged children are learning about the world around them and how they fit in with their peers around them as unique individuals. We also encouraged continued development with fine-motor skills, which are essential at this age for activities such as picking up a pen or pencil to colour or create on paper.

Kindergarten
Ages 4 – 5 years
Private Senior and Junior Kindergarten are often preferable for parents compared to the larger class sizes at a regular elementary school. We help our JK and SK little learners with cognitive and social development with GENESIS, ELECT, and Ontario Curriculums. Our smaller class sizes mean that your child will have more direct one-on-one instruction and be able to foster deeper connections with their caregivers and their peers.
Angelic Treasures works closely alongside JK/SK parents to include them as active participants in the development of our little learners, with active communication between caregiver and parent throughout your child’s time with us.
Camps
Ages 4 – 12 years
Aurora summer camps are opening soon for registration! We also provide school-age childcare programs during the school year and PA Day childcare services. Whether you need before school care, after school care, or both, you can bring your child to Angelic Treasures for high-quality, Christian instruction.

Supervisor
I am a wife and mother of two beautiful children. I graduated from Seneca College in 1998 with Honors, where I obtained my Diploma of Early Childhood Education. I decided to become an educator because I wanted to help shape and form the children of tomorrow. As the supervisor of this center, I look forward to working with the staff and families to create a welcoming environment for the children.
